Epoxy mortar systems are one of NPI’s top-selling items. Epoxy mortar is generally used for one of two purposes:

1. Patching holes/popoffs on existing concrete surfaces.
2. Resurfacing worn concrete surfaces (applied between 3/16” and ¼”)
*Resurfacing may be done by hand trowel or with a power trowel

NP-1 is a 3-component cove base formulation designed for ease of use when installing a cove base around the edges of a room. NP-1 is usually applied with a marginal trowel or other cove base application tool.

NP105 is a 3-component epoxy mortar used mostly in patching situations as a cost-efficient mortar. This material provides strong wear resistance in moderate-heavy traffic areas.

NP110 is our best-selling epoxy mortar system. NP110 provides excellent wear, abrasion, and bond characteristics for heavy traffic areas.

110PT/162 Our NP110PT system is a specially formulated epoxy mortar designed for power trowel application. NP110PT requires NP162 primer, whereas the NP110PT must be applied while the NP162 primer is still wet.

NP120 is a 3-component epoxy mortar system with excellent chemical resistance properties. NP120 is recommended for areas where splash spills of dilute acids and chemicals occur.

NP124 is a quickset 3-component epoxy mortar with excellent wear and abrasion resistance characteristics. NP124 is recommended for cold storage areas, refrigerators, and other areas where a quick turnaround is necessary.

NP128 is a rapid cure 3-component epoxy mortar system. NP128 is recommended for freezers or other sub-freezing applications. At 70 degrees F, NP128 has a pot life of 2-4 minutes, can be recoated in as little as 1-2 hours, and can be exposed to foot traffic in as little as 2-4 hours.

NP94 is a two component 100% solids epoxy, designed for application where a low build epoxy is needed to seal the surface of a previously placed epoxy mortar overlay system without changing the existing texture of the mortar.

NP95 is a textured two-component 100% solids epoxy, designed for applications where a low build epoxy is needed to seal and hide epoxy mortar system imperfections while providing a durable textured wear surface
