Our copolymer Rubber Roof Coating is a synthetic rubber coating that transforms most existing roof membranes into an attractive and highly reflective surface with enhanced weathering characteristics. The roof coating creates a monolithic membrane that has excellent elongation, tensile strength, UV resistance, low temperature flexibility and superior adhesion properties.

- Black roofs can be coated to provide an attractive white surface that reflects heat and sunlight, resulting in energy savings.
- Caution areas can be marked in safety yellow at roof perimeters, skylights, roof hatch openings and other areas where care and safety must be exercised.

A variety of color options are also available wherein company logos can be stenciled on the roof using the Roof Coating Color Palette.

As well as providing additional water resistance to the existing roof, the Copolymer Roof Coating, also waterproofs flashings and other roof penetrations and can be used in patching.
The installation process is easy:
1. Power wash the roof
2. Allow it to dry
3. Apply the coatings
