Mortar - Heavy Duty Resurfacers

Epoxy Mortar is a heavy duty, troweled floor topping that can be used to patch or resurface concrete, metal and wood floors. Epoxy Mortar is composed of a unique blend of aggregates and polymer resins. It offers superior durability and resistance to heavy traffic. When applied at 1/4 inch thickness over concrete, it has higher impact and abrasion resistance than a six inch concrete slab. Epoxy Mortar also withstands the abuse of a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalies, fatty greases, salts and solvents.
Epoxy Mortar can be troweled directly onto the floor without prior application of a bonding agent. Epoxy Mortar can also be used to repair holes and complete other patch jobs.

Special Formulation

  • Regular - heavy duty impact and
    abrasion resistant
  • Acid-resistant - strong resistance to acids, caustics and other harsh chemicals
  • Food Processors - resists thermal shock and repeated contact with hot water and steam
  • Freezer Form - for applications as low as 25 degrees F or as a quick patch
  • Arctic Form - a patching material for temperatures at or below zero degrees F
Epoxy Mortar can also be power troweled which makes an excellent, cost-efficient resurfacing material for extensive
    floor areas.
    These materials are utilized in:
  • Fork lift traffic areas
  • Steel wheel traffic areas
  • Food & dairy industry
  • Paper & pulp industry
